Precommissioning, Commissioning and Start-up Lead at Saipem Contracting

Responsibilities / Requirements

• Review contractual documentation on commissioning
• Lead in Project planning and scheduling of commissioning activities.
• Supervise the preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and handing over procedures
• Review test run (performance test) procedures and operating manuals prepared by the Project Process Leaders.
• Assist in the procurement of services for commissioning activities
• Identify project requirements and constraints and participates in ROKM sessions relating to pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities
• Supervise the preparation of the integrated pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start up and test run Schedule
• Support HSE Manager in HSE plan preparation for commissioning activities. Participate in HAZOP review meeting
• Define commissioning Systems and hand over priorities
• Define and review the commissioning spare parts and consumables

Qualification and Experience

• A Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum Engineering or its equivalent with 13 years’ relevant experience in the energy sector
