Sales Executive (Showroom Sales) at Solution Finders Limited

Job Description

• Receives, processes and verifies the accuracy of orders from Customers
• Enters, updates and maintains daily sales activities and Customer information into sales database.
• Communicates prices of products to customers and confirms payment made by Customers.
• Introduces new products/items to customers
• Responds to Customers inquiries, suggestions, complaints and other details by phone and e-mail.
• Contacts and liaises with the Company’s warehouses, local and foreign offices for prices, goods and other issues relating to the marketing and sale of goods to customers.
• Collaborates with sales and Marketing teams to effectively achieve organizational goals.
