Job Summary

• The commercial manager will help oversee company needs, handle daily business issues, manage company associations, and recognize business opportunities.
• You will be constantly communicating and negotiating with clients and business associates.
• You will also continuously work to strategically expand our customer base and product portfolio.

Task
Key tasks will involve, but will not be limited to:

• Negotiating price lists with customers while ensuring company profitability
• Expanding the customer base
• Helping manage daily operations
• Assisting the Managing Director
• Resolving contractual and commercial problems
• Offering direction and instruction
• Reviewing, scrutinizing, and developing operational process flows

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a Commercial, Financial, or Business related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience.
• Knowledge of and experience in the plastics industry is a must.
• Excellent computer skills are a must.
• Superior management and organisational skills.
• Efficient presentation and communication skills.
• Professionalism and cordiality.
• The capacity to adequately handle work stress.
