Essential Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing. An MBA will be an advantage.
• A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing Manager role in the sanitary ware, building materials and construction equipment industry.
• He/she must have strong networks in the building construction industry and must have a robust personal network and working relationships with the following industry’s influencers nationwide:
  • Building consultants
  • Contractors
  • Architects
  • Mechanical and Electrical Engineers
  • Structural engineers
  • Quantity surveyors
  • Interior decorators
• He/she must have high level strategic thinking and implementation and must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.

Remuneration
