Job Duties

• Prepares foods to the specifications of the client
• Cleans food preparation areas
• Prepares food for special occasions.
• Orders ingredients and spices as needed
• Devises new methods of cooking and introduce new menu.
• Operates various kitchen appliance such as a blender, oven, grill etc.
• Portions, arranges, and garnishes food based on client preference
• Estimates expected food consumption and organises preparation
• Keeps records and accounts of food purchases
• Sees to kitchen equipment repairs and purchase.

Skills and other Requirements

• A dedicated cook.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience.
• Must be quick and clean.
• Must be honest.
