Responsibility

• Responsible to the Board for the day-to-day running of the schools

Remuneration

• The Successful candidates will be entitled to salary and other conditions of service as applicable to Redeemer’s University Staff Schools Salary Scheme.

Job Requirement

The Principal/Head Teachers are Principal Officers of the Redeemer’s University Staff Schools (Secondary/Primary). Candidates for the post shall be visionary and must have the ability to provide good leadership and command respect and loyalty of the staff of the school. Candidates must possess personal integrity and demonstrate transparency in private and public life.

Required Qualification

Candidates for the position of School Principal and Head Teacher should possess at least a master’s degree with proof of Pedagogical training;
ii. Must have an attestable proof of having worked in similar position(s);
iii. Candidate must be a practicing Christian with proof, and must belong to a Bible believing Church;
iv. Candidate must be computer literate and proficient in relevant computer applications as applicable to the running of a complex and modern school.
