    Call Centre Agents

    Requirements: Strong communication skills, Good listening skills, Fluency in English, Computer literate (Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications)

    Job Description: 

    • answer calls and respond to emails 
    • handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email
    • identify and escalate priority issues
    • route calls to appropriate resource
    • follow up customer calls where necessary
    • document all call information according to standard operating procedures
    • complete call logs
    • produce call reports

    Experience: 0 - 2 years
    Qualification: B.Sc. HND. OND. or equivalent
    Deadline: 30th June, 2016
