Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will assist the Operations Manager in providing logistics and operations management.
You will ensure efficient coordination and control of the order cycle and processes.
In addition, you will identify opportunities for efficient sourcing of products.
Requirements
Degree-qualified, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics and operations in the downstream sector.
A good knowledge of the downstream petroleum sector, terminal operations, engineering and facility upgrades is essential for this position.
You must have a good knowledge of flow dynamics, custody transfer systems, safety regulations, petroleum industry codes, specifications and standards, and must be conversant with templates for capturing operations downtime effectiveness.
Demonstrated supervisory and team management experience is required.
You must be proficient in the use of Personal Computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
