Job Description

• The Manager will take full responsibility for the profitable operations of the hotel and will report to the Chairman/CEO.

Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

• A good Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hotel Management, Business Administration or any of the social sciences, A professional qualification in hotel management will be a major advantage.
• A minimum of five years' cognate experience in at least a three star hotel and demonstrable knowledge of control systems in a hotel environment.
• Track record of achievement in previous hotel management positions.
• Good marketing and selling skills required to establish a beachhead in the highly competitive hospitality industry in Victoria Island.
• Good leadership, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in the usage of Word. Power Point and Excel applications
• Commitment to the mission and vision of the founders and an infectious passion to excel it, the achievement of set objectives.
