    Medical & Sales Executives

    Job description

    • Maintains positive working relationships with medical and sales team
    • Arranging appointments with doctors, pharmacists and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular ‘cold’ calling
    • Developing strategies for increasing opportunity to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
    • Market and Detail Chi Pharmaceuticals core brands to hospitals, Institutions, wholesale and retail pharmacies in the defined territory
    • Keeping up with latest clinical data supplied by the company; interpreting, presenting, and discussing this data with health professionals during presentation
    • Provide detailed market information on products, prices and the activities of competitors and parallel imports
    • Maintaining Knowledge of new developments in the health sector, anticipating potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapting strategy accordingly
    • Developing strategies for increasing opportunity to meet and talk to contacts in the medical and healthcare sector
    • Opening and closing sales properly to win prospective customers.
    • Distribution and Sales of all Chi Pharmaceuticals product–mix in the defined   territory.A detailed description of your territory will be given to you by the Area Sales Manager (ASM).
    • Market and Detail Chi Pharmaceuticals core brands to hospitals, Institutions, wholesale and retail pharmacies in the defined territory.
    • To actively participate in any promotions agreed upon by Chi Pharmaceuticals and their agency companies.
    • To actively market and detail any agency products deemed necessary by Chi Pharmaceuticals in collaboration with the agency sales force.
    • Recruit and Recommend Distributors at each of the existing and emerging markets on Monthly basis.
    • Ensure collection of outstanding debts, and keep sales to debtors’ ratio within the acceptable limit.
    • Provide detailed market information on products, prices and the activities of competitors and parallel imports.
    • You will be required to meet the Company Monthly set Target
