    Facility Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure the maintenance, repairs and smooth running of all facilities.
    • Train,develop and manage team members.
    • Manage the customer experience to ensure that it is always up to Gold Standard.
    • Deal with customer complaints.
    • Manage customer relations. 
    • Supervise the overall restaurant flow and experience on a shift-by-shift basis.

    Person Specification

    • An electrical engineering OND/HND holder or similar background.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years experience is required.
    • Good communication skills as reaquired
    • Must be hardworking and dedicated.
    • Must have the ability to pay attention to details.
