    Human Resources Manager (Ref 001)

    Responsibilities
    Interact with HR and business colleagues within and outside the business to ensure alignment of HR activity in the spirit of one organisation
    Provide input into the talent strategy forthe business through developing insight and analysis of people related business issues and opportunities (by activating global solutions, e.g. talent management tools/processes and diversity metrics,
    etc)
    Collect HR/organisation effectiveness metrics and measurement for the business across the entire HR life cycle
    Track delivery against the case for change using analytical and data-driven approaches to business and organisational analysis
    Implement and coordinate change initiatives to support enhanced organisational effectiveness within the business
    Develop and implementthe staffing plan for the organisation
    Develop and implement the HRbudget
    Interface with HR service providers for delivery of core HR services to the business, monitor quality and timeliness of service provision
    Encourage groups and individuals to work collaboratively by focusing on the common purpose of the organisation

    Qualifications and Experience
    A first degree in social or behavioral sciences (educational psychology, industrial psychology, sociology, organisation development)
    Minimum of 8- 12years post qualification experience on a similar role
    Demonstrable knowledge of Industrial Relations with experience in a highly unionized manufacturing environment
    Demonstrable experience across the key processes in the HR value chain which include but not limited to Recruitment, Performance Management, Exit Management, HR Metrics, HRAnalytics, Succession Planning etc.
    Good project management skills
    Good organisation and planning skills
