    HR Assistant

    Responsibilities:

    • Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms.
    • Assists HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects.
    • Assists with recruitment and interview process.
    • Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
    • Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office.
    • Helps with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff; reports to the HR director
    • Assists company managers with HR issues.

    Education/Experience:

    • A bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
    • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in HR
    • Very good organizational and time management skills;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team environment
    • Proactive
    • Self reliant and attentive to details
