Plan, direct, and coordinate human resource management activities of the organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources and maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
Designing and implementing HR system and policies
Developing marketing strategies and campaigns
Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster understanding and positive attitude toward organizational objectives
Maintaining records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
Coordinating all internal and external correspondence
Overseeing the administrative department
Managing employee documentation administration and ensure efficiency of database maintenance
Managing employee compensation and benefits/entitlements administration process
Managing employee welfare programme
Managing employee disciplinary and grievance procedures
Oversee payroll administration process and manage staff loan administration in an efficient manner
Analyzing training needs to ensure employee development
Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities
Conducting exit interviews to identify reasons for employee disengagement
Managing staff ad-hoc request
Any other duty as required by the supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of Masters Degree with a minimum of 2nd class in Administration Marketing, Insurance or any other relevant field.
Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in Administration or Human Resource.
Professional qualifications in marketing or management will be an advantage
HMO Experience is an added advantage
Knowledge of the operations of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) will be an added advantage
Excellent selling and customer relationship skills
Good communication/presentation skills (both oral and written)
Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English language
Must be a team player, able to build and maintain effective and collaborative sales and marketing network
Must be able to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with all stakeholders
