Shift/Production Manager at Talent Bureau

Job Description

• Direct, coordinate, and facilitate the day-to-day production.
• Take active role in the hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and development of production team.
• Provide a safe work environment and protects the assets of Packaging.
• A minimum of 70-80% of the time is spent on the production floor to provide leadership and direction.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of plant processes, capabilities, and profitability.

Job Qualifications

• BS Degree, preferably in Production Operations, Food Science, Industrial Engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years management experience.
• Experience in a soap production.
• Proven leadership ability.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
• Able to create a teamwork environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude (packaging equipment a plus).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to delegate and follow-up.
