Senior Production Technologist at WRS - Worldwide Recruitment Solutions

WRS is seeking a Senior Production Technologist for a mid-size IOC company with operations across Africa, Europe and the Middle East. The successful candidate will provide technical support for production engineering, drilling and completion activity across new and mature fields.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, implementation and analysis of subsea drill stem tests
• Monitor and evaluate well, reservoir and field performance
• Advise other departments on physical constraints applicable to production
• Mentor junior staff

Technical Expertise and Experience

• 10+ years of experience
• Proven experience with well completion design, well intervention activities, well modelling and production optimisation
• Good knowledge of gas lift operations and their design and operation
• Expertise in PVT analysis

Qualifications & other capabilities

• Bachelors in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment
• Good decision maker
