    Senior Events Manager

    Job Description

    • ·         Execute written sales agreements for large-scale and complex full-service meetings, conventions and events.
    • ·         Negotiate terms and pricing of vendor partner agreements and service agreements with companies and organizations affiliated with group business.
    • ·         Maintain relationships among the customers, their representatives and the hotel to ensure full participation in servicing accounts.
    • ·         Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly.
    • ·         Recruit, interview and train team members.

    Job Qualifications

    • ·         A Bachelor's degree is required
    • ·         Minimum of 3 years' experience in high-end hospitality management
    • ·         Minimum of 2 years' experience in social and corporate event planning and execution
    • ·         Extensive food, beverage, service and operations knowledge in a high quality environment
    • ·         Experience organizing and leading a diverse team of employees; possess the ability to manage processes and leading people
