Job Description
- Customer Service: Engage customers in a professional manner and offer excellent shopping experience. Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
- Sales: Actively participate in initiatives to grow revenue, confidently close transactions, drive sales with walk-in customers and external leads to ensure set targets are met.
- Operational excellence: Maintain set guidelines on operation processes to ensure easy navigations for customers in store.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years Retail Industry.
- Excellent organisation and inventory management skill.
