The candidate MUST be resident in Ibadan.
MUST be able to provide a guarantor who is ready to surety him/her with an asset worth 2 million Naira (eg vehicle) - only the photocpies of the vehicle documents will be demanded.
MUST be graduate - HND/BSC/BA
