Requirements
Educational requirement:

• Degree in Facilities Management or Higher National Diploma / Foundation degree or a related qualification in Management, Engineering or Business Studies
• Fluent English spoken/written

Who should apply:

• Candidates with 5 - 10 years proven ‘working experience as a Facility Manager with strong property strategy, space management, communications infrastructure, building maintenance, testing and inspections, building administration, contract management, EHS(environment, health, safety), security, business continuity planning, managing renovations and refurbishments.
