Job Summary

Marketing Officers cultivate business relationships with existing and new customers. The job holder is responsible for prospecting, selling, converting and providing excellent service delivery to customers

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure customer acquisition through the creation of new accounts
• Effectively manage existing accounts and portfolio
• Grow liability and quality risk assets in line with budget
• Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence
• Build a working referral marketing system
• Evaluate credit applications to determine the eligibility and acceptability rating
• Monitors loan accounts and ensure collection of all due repayments

Qualification/skills 

• 2-6 years microfinance banking experience
• Sound Credit analysis and credit assessment skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Strong business acumen
• Proficient use of Microsoft office
• Problem solving skills
• Applicants must be resident in Lagos
