    JOB SUMMARY

    A client of ours is seeking the services of an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation of the company in a particular geographical area.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth
    • Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales
    • Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned area and target setting for the sales team
    • Collecting customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization
    • Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads
    • Servicing the needs of your existing customers
    • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
    • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
    • Recruiting and training sales staff
    • Allocating areas to sales representatives
    • Education, General skills and Requirements
    • Any graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related discipline
    • A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience on the job, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
    • A good sales experience in the Automobile(Two Wheeler) Industry is a MUST
    • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to manage teams
