        leads and directs a senior, multi-discipline petro-technical team to support the evaluation and development of new, potentially large-scale oil and/or gas field development projects currently controlled by Halliburton oil company clients to be considered for investment by Halliburton and its funding partner per project assignment by Sr. Project Development Manager.
