Professional Instructional Designer at Mario Consulting

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must have relevant technical education with skill/experience in creating, developing and designing.

The candidate must be proficient in learning theories and instructional technology with knowledge of the following:

• Lesson and curriculum planning models
• Basic knowledge of modules learning platform and flash programing
• Solid knowledge of course development software (camtasia, articulate storyline, adobe audition) at least on learning Management System
• Visual design skills (Dreamweaver) Photoshop illustrator Adobe InDesign) and ability to storyboard
• Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio/video scripts
• B.Sc. or MBA degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or similar
• Ideal candidate for the positions must be smart, forward looking with ability to work with minimum supervision.
