JOB DESCRIPTION

I. MAJOR FUNCTION
      We’re looking for results-driven sales representatives that would be majorly responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals and ensuring a smooth sales process.

The ideal candidate must have Cosmetic/Beauty sales experience.

II. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional patronage and identification of potential new sales opportunities.
• Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all product categories offered.
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to differentiate between product uses.
• Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, and other documentations as required for presentations.
• Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers.
• Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

REQUIREMENT:

• 2 - 3 Years In Sales Within A Cosmetics Industry Setting.
• B.Sc. Or HND In Marketing Or Related Field.
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Problem-solving, Presentation, And Organizational Skills.
• Proficiency With Sales Management Software.
• Ability To Travel At Least 25% Of The Time Meeting With Potential Buyers, Generating Leads, And Building Relationships.
