Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures
Monitor inventory and repurchase of foodstuff and supplies.
Effectively manage communications with customers and take orders via calls/whatsapp/social media.
Supervise and Coordinate activities of the cooks and workers to ensure all meals are prepared according to standards and delivered in a timely and orderly manner.
Record and document all production data and orders leaving the kitchen on specified forms.
Cooperate in the kitchen activities to ensure daily sales and smooth operation during events.
Work closely and Perform other duties as directed by the ceo.
Requirements:
Female who must be from the Igbo Tribe and can speak English and Igbo fluently.
SSCE/ OND
Relevant experience as a supervisor and must be capable of working with little or no supervision
