    Job Descriptions

    • An experienced and result driven personality is needed to head the sales team and serve as HR for our marketers.
    • The person must be an experienced marketer and will be responsible for recruiting and managing the sales team.
    • Though administrative, the head will take blame and praise of the whole team.
    • Are you ready to take a challenge?

    Salary

    • Basic pay plus commission on each sales.
    • The Head will have a sales target which will be tied to 50% of basic salary.
