Job Description

• Manage the HR unit.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Manage disciplinary and disengagement process of the organization in conjunction with the MD.
• Keep a regular update of employee’s database within the system.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual report and any other report as may be required by the MD.
• Conduct induction for newly employed staff of the organization.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the engagement development, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefit program.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• 5 Years Experience.
