Description
The support requirement shall include but not limited to the following:

Provide the following support for the Security Solutions in:

• Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting Endpoint Security Suite
• Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting of relevant scan module in support of  Identity Control infrastructure
• Installing, maintaining and troubleshooting WinCollect agents (and other similar agents as may exist at any time) in support of Windows Servers integration with IBM QRadar Security SIEM
• Troubleshooting endpoints internet access as it relates to the Secure Web Gateway infrastructure
• Raise Change Management for configurations changes/new implementations
• Provide the following support for the attainment of Security Operations in:
• Identify endpoints that are sources of threats on network
• Retrieve such endpoints in a promptly manner
• Install, run and scan (using appropriate tools) such vulnerable endpoints and identify the source of the threat
• Restore endpoint to working condition
• Provide detailed report covering steps taken and other lessons learnt
• Update the relevant databases and provide information to Information Security Engineer for fine-tuning of relevant security policies and configuration

Provide the following support specific to the Network Access Control solution in:

• Integration of endpoints into network via the Network Access Devices
• Monitoring of necessary portal to proactively identify issues with connected endpoints
• Resolution of issues with individual endpoints with posture failure
• Resolution of issues with individual endpoints with authentication and authorization issue

Provide the following support for the Endpoint security solution in use in:

• Deploy and setup agents on endpoints
• Configure relevant settings on endpoint
• Confirm up-to-date status of required and mandatory updates on endpoints
• Remediate issues with endpoints on individual endpoints

Provide the following support for the Security Information & Event Management solution:

• Deploy and setup agents on log sources integrated into SIEM
• Troubleshoot issues with log sources and follow up with Network Operations, Server Operations and other relevant teams
• Receive incident alerts from SIEM and follow up with individual personnel as necessary
• Support investigation of offenses in SIEM related to endpoints and personnel
