Farm Manager at Duro Investment Nigeria Limited

Responsibilities:

• Manage our hatchery and nursery in the production of catfish fingerlings and juveniles
• Lead our existing staff in the management of our grow out concrete ponds.
• Drive the business and work with your staff to ensure success.
• Work within best practice environmental guidelines.
• Ensure the farm maintains quality standards
• Record keeping
• Adequate knowledge about drying and smoking
• Feed formulation

Qualifications and Requirements:

• B.Sc/HND in Animal Science, Agriculture, Social Sciences or other related discipline
• At least 2 years experience in CatFish Farm Management
• Strong Personality and leadership skills with good communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure with little or no supervision.
• Ability to hatch and manage fries to juveniles
