HVAC Supervisor at MEAIRCON

Responsibilities include working with the project/Service unit to manage smooth project initiations, coordinating design and technical staff activities, ensuring prompt and effective response to after-sale calls, creating and managing budgets and schedules, and minimizing waste.

In this role, you will:

• Supervise technicians required to complete project tasks.
• Establish initial project schedules with PM support and regularly maintain project schedules.
• Report all activities to project manager for effective clients engagement.
• Resolve project issues independently and occasionally with support.
• Ensure timely completion of projects including testing, Commissioning & handing over of HVAC systems including workshop and AS-Built drawings.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians in the installation process and project management.
• Support Business Development activities (e.g., provide relevant input at prospective client meetings, assist in project cost and schedule estimating, etc.)
