Objectives of the Role

Develop and implement financial strategy.
Apply accounting principles in analysing and reporting accurate financial information, preparing management reports, monitoring of control systems to preserve company assets.

Responsibilities

• Planning –Financial Strategy formulation and implementation including Preparation of annual Balance sheet, P & L account and Annual report.
• Financial and Tax planning and timely compliance of statutory requirements.
• Compilation of monthly Balance sheet, P & L account and MIS for management control and remedial actions.
• Set up good organizational financial discipline and procedural/process control.
• Development of system, process and procedures.
• Financial oversight for all operations
• Inventory and fixed asset management
• Credit Control

Qualifications & Experience

• 1st Degree or equivalent.
• A Master’s degree preferably MBA.
• Relevant professional certifications
• 10 - 15 years of Experience, 5 of which must be at Management level
• Sound Interpersonal skill with highly developed emotional Intelligence
