    Receptionist

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain records and files.
    • Greet clients and provide them with superb customer service.
    • Answer all clients questions and address their complaints.
    • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate personnel and take down messages.
    • Monitor, organize and forward emails when neccessar.

    Competency/Skill/Requirements

    • OND in relevant field
    • 1 year experience in similar role
    • Proficient with Microsoft officesuite
    • Must be smart and presentable
    • Must have a good understanding of office administration
    • Excellent organizational and multi tasking abilities
    • Applicant must live within Isolo and its environs.
