• Must hold a B.Sc / HND in any discipline
• Must possess at least 6 years experience in the food or hospitality industry
• Must not be older than 40 years
• Coordinating daily restaurant management operations in the hospitality industry
• Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
• Must possess excellent leadership qualities
• Must be computer literate
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
• Recommend ways to reach a broader audience
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Must be social media savvy
