    General Manager (Large Scale Grocery Store)

    Job Requirements

    • HND or Bachelor’s degree in any related field
    • Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years experience as a Store Manager in a large scale grocery and household product retail store. With at least 3 years in a senior level position.
    • Candidate must understand how to maintain and adjust operations to stay within the corporate budget and make any changes necessary to sustain the projected profit margin for each quarter.
    • Candidate must understand how to team of Floor staffs, Merchandizers, Shift officers, Store officers, and other staffs needed to run a large retail store
    • Candidate must possess good verbal and writing communications skill
