    Customer Support Executive

    Scope of Work

    • Support customers to utilize our service after sales
    • Communicate with sales reps in case they have any challenges in usage by phone or email
    • Solve challenges of customer (manager) satisfaction
    • Lead trainings with new customers
    • Check usage of customers to identify who's using / not using
    • Send reports to customers accordingly
    • Other administrations

    Requirements

    • 1-3 years of relevance experience
    • Self-motivated to keep improving the way of work
    • A goal-oriented and dedicated team member
    • Flexible in working with a small multi-national team
    • Applicants must not be less than 18 years or more than 27 years of age.

    Working Conditions

    • Working hour: 8:30-17:30
    • Working day­: Monday - Friday and Saturday(If customer asks)
    • Compensation to be discussed based on his/her capability and experience
    • Probationary period will be 3-6 months
    • Long-term employment decision to be made by the end of this period
