    HR & Admin Assistant

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist in recruiting process
    • Assist in On-boarding process
    • Ensure stock inventories & issuing are properly documented
    • Monitors the activities of drivers & vehicle maintenance
    • Ensure that all issues requests from unit/departments are attended to in timely manner.
    • Monitor daily staff attendance
    • Assist in filling of documents into staff files
    • Monitor the vehicle documents to ensure timely renewals
    • Assist in staff appraisals, trainings & conferences
    • Liase with regulatory authorities to resolve staff issues and represent the company.
    • Assist with issues of pension’s benefits & HMO’s of staff
    • Ensures that staff queries/request are attended to on time
    • Ensures that staff queries/request are attended to on time
    • Prepare wages/ salaries of contract/casual workers
    • Prepare monthly lunch subsidy of staff & process for approval
    • Prepare monthly staff allocation as at when due
    • Perform other HR/Admin duties as may be assigned from time to time

    Requirements

    • 2-3 years working experience as HR/Admin Assistant
    • Be between 25-27 years of Age
    • B.Sc/HND in Business related courses
    • CIPM will be an added advantage.
