The job holder will also have the responsibility of promoting the institution’s values and enable business success in Job Design, Recruitment & Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Compensation Management amongst other duties.
Qualifications & Requirements
A good first degree Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on HR experience. Membership of relevant professional body In-depth knowledge of Nigeria Labour law and HR best practices. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
