• Support the senior facility manager in establishing the sustenance of Preventive, Corrective and Restorative maintenance for;
  • Diesel generators-Perkins, leister, Cummins, CAT etc.
  • AVRs, Electrical Panel
  • PHCN transformers and Ht lines
  • Furniture
  • Fire systems
  • Earthing systems
  • Battery Backup systems
  • Air Handling Units
  • Lifts
  • Clients’ facilities mechanical, electrical and civil components. etc
• Responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery from the technical team on the field.
• Monthly site analysis
• Quarterly site analysis
• Coordinating the field service operations
