Area Sales Manager - East and North

Details:

Responsibilities
- Meet area sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing an annual budget.
- Allocate territories to sales representatives, monitor team's performance while motivating them to reach targets.
- Communicate job expectations; planning, coaching, supervising, appraising, and reviewing job contributions of sales representatives on a monthly basis.
- Build and maintains rapport with key customers while identifying new customer opportunities.
Education/Knowledge, Skills, Attributes
- B.sc Pharmacy or in any science related subject
- Minimum of 6 years experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Strong Business Acumen
- Customer/Client Focus
- Excellent leadership, Communication, Selling, Negotiation & Presentation Skills.
- Problem-solving skills
