Hardware & Instrumentation Engineer at Medical Art Center

Job Description

• Analyse information and recommend appropriate hardware to users.
• Retrieve data for analysis of system capabilities.
• Ensure constant and optimal functionality of the CCTV
• Establish maintenance schedule for computers, printers, etc
• Carry out repairs on identified hardware within the organization
• Maintain a strategic pool of contractors/vendors for computer accessories, cables, and other equipment as required
• Carry out installation of control systems and field instrumentation
• Lead creation of instrument specifications, control panel layouts, loop / schematic design, conduit/cable tray layouts, cable schedules,
• Liaise with foreign and local partners on the delivery and installation of machines
• Troubleshoot and carry out minor and major repairs on medical equipment

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering
• 1-3 years’ experience hardware engineering and instrumentation
• Analog and Digital Design experience
• Circuit Board Design Skills
• Instrumentation background (power supply, display, front panel, main acquisition board), any test and measurement background is good
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to build and sustain partnerships
