Cleaning Supervisor at Zero Dirt Cleaning Services

As a Cleaning Supervisor at ZDCS, you will be responsible for supervision and execution of cleaning operations across Lagos and maintaining highest quality standards and customer satisfaction.

• Supervision of all cleaning staff focusing on their on-the-job performance on one-off and recurring jobs

• Ensuring the highest quality service is delivered to all areas of the job site

• Reviewing and managing cleaning personnel work schedules

• Managing cleaning supplies inventory in-house and at client locations

• Ensuring all staff are aware and complaint with Health and Safety policies and procedures

• Conduct regular trainings for cleaning personnel

• Have full working knowledge of cleaning materials, chemicals, equipment and procedures

• Ensure all cleaning operations are executed according to scope of work and within the agreed upon time frame

• Manage relationship with all stakeholders- cleaners, management, suppliers and clients

Qualifications

• Minimum of OND in Hospitality Management or other relevant course

• Previous experience managing small and large teams towards project execution

• Project Management certification/experience preferable

• Previous experience in the cleaning industry preferable

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
