Job Description
- The Head Rewards, Systems and HRIS develops the plans for human resource information management and the administration of rewards.
- He Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies for employee compensation, pension, bonuses, salary reviews and performance management.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Mathematical sciences, Social sciences, Humanities and Engineering. Advanced degrees and professional qualifications are optional but may accord advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years experience with progressive responsibilities 5 of which should be in the management of Human Resources functions.
- Excellent relationship management, communication and interpersonal relations.
