Your Role

• Accountable for setting up and delivering on growth objectives for the category..
• You would be an assertive "growth enabler" who has a positive track record of maneuvering through the various challenges that faced the Nigerian markets last year.
• Leading the strategy development, NPD and consumer communication.
• Developing a clear vision combining all the factors of local /regional and global strategic initiatives.
• Working with a team you should be able to carry people with you and develop / mentor talent to higher levels.

Must Have

• 6+ years of work experience.
• Can demonstrate use and understanding of market & customer insight to drive decision making and activity.
• Adept at translating insight into actionable plans that drive commercial benefit.
• Brand Management and Trade Marketing experience, clear evidence of strong commercial and business rigor with "end to end" thinking.
