ERP Software Officer at Ascentech Services Limited

Our Client in the FCMG industry is  looking for a ERP Sotware Support Officer

This position will have the overall accountability to support the ERP end users to:

• Trouble shoot implementation related issues
• Ensure timely support is provided
• Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within stipulated period of time
• MIS reports analysis
• Consolidation of reports (group companies) analysis

Requirements

• HND/ Graduate in Accounts or IT (computers).
• Must be based in Ota Ogun State
• He should have at least 5 years of industrial experience in any software in Finance, Sales, Inventory modules, preferably in any type of manufacturing industry.
• Full knowledge of the various functions in manufacturing industry
• Analytical Skills
• Must be a go getter.
• Communication & Organisational skills
• Strong Interpersonal Skills
•  Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users
• Not limited to specific modules but ready to get trained on all modules in ERP and provide support accordingly
