Sales Manager at Transsnet Financial

We are looking for a Sales Manager who will be responsible for:

• Responsible for raising deposit from companies and individual consumers and selling other relative products.
• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• The ongoing training of the sales team.
• Developing a sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.

Requirements.

• 5 years  sales experience
• Able to independently develop sales channels;
• Able to negotiate with Organisation/Individual customers, lead teams, have the ability to learn and access new things and have large-scale enterprise work experience.
• More sales lead experience, retail sales and experience in Smartphone retail store.
