We are looking for a dynamic Events Associate to join our team, providing specialized services in strategic communication, brand management, events and activations, production and media strategy.
Responsibilities
The Event Associate will be responsible for the conceptualizing and implementation of activations and all events.
Management of campaigns and projects within specified budgets;
Creating, obtaining approval thereof and maintaining budget for each project;
Creating and maintaining project plans;
Project implementation;
Project Management; Deadline driven;
General assistance with Presentations as and when required;
Timeous and accurate booking and management of Venues, Artists etc.;
Attend to Office Project Administration timeously;
Accurate, timeous feedback and support to stakeholders;
Briefing of suppliers;
Utilization of network opportunities resulting in new Business and Relationship building; Positive teamwork, self-management and alignment with group values;
Actively monitor and meet targets as set out in performance contracts.
