Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Department: Human Resources
Purpose: Talent development activities and processes

Responsibilities
- Talent development activities and processes
- Alignment and implementation of annual training plans related with region and budget
- People Review Process in the Region by monitoring the talent pool; identifying and forecasting open positions; analyzing and proposing transfers and promotions.
- Implementation of regional succession planning relating to defined key positions and key talent
- Manage Performance Appraisal Process related to Region
- Execution of development Initiatives
- Lead successfully external & internal Audits
- Complies with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation and participate in the investigation process.
Your Profile
- First Degree qualification
- Language: English
Specific knowledge
HR Certification; corporate experience in Talent Development
- Microsoft Office tools
- Dynamic with high level of initiative and autonomy
- Curious, fast learner and team player
- Accuracy through tasks and multitasking
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
