Sales Manager at One Precious Life (OPL) Academy

Job Responsibilities

The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following: 

• Negotiating contract terms favorable to the company
• Analyzing customer needs and securing desirable business opportunities for the company’s products and services
• Planning sales activities to meet annual sales target
• Sourcing for new clients and maintaining favorable relationships with existing clients
• Preparing estimates for the sale of company products and services
• Preparing and presenting business proposals to clients
• Developing negotiating strategies with minimum monitoring by management
• Assessing and following customer complaints to satisfactory resolution
• Retaining and growing customer base
• Preparing regular sales status reports to update Sales Team/management
• Preparing and maintaining required customer information and files in accordance with established procedures
• Sourcing, analyzing, communicating and applying competitive data for the competitive advantage of the company
• Participating in company professional development programs to enhance working knowledge of elevator company products, services and procedures
• Performing any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor 

 Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or Engineering is preferred
• 3-5 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales is required
• Technical knowledge of elevators is a high advantage
• Should be able to interpret bill of quantities and construction designs
• Strong indoor and outdoor sales expertise
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer focused and results driven with exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects
• Excellent team player with the ability to work independently on own initiative
