Manage the field service personnel who perform on-site routine services including installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting and repairs.
Manage company’s resources - Equipment, tools, materials, Safety wears & gadgets etc and ensure they are adequate and adequately handled at all times.
Work with Company’s and customers’ EHS personnel and process to ensure compliance.
Handle service contracts and directs support services.
Ensure good communication with customers at all times before, during and after execution of service contracts.
